Barbara's Story
I live in Muskogee,Oklahoma. I recently retired after 35 years of owning my own childcare business.I married my high school sweetheart, Bob Beavers. We have been married for 39 years. He retired as the Training Officer of the Muskogee Fire Department, after 26 years of service.He is now working as a Safety Officer with a well known company here in Muskogee. We have two beautiful daughters, Kristi and Callie. Kristi works with a group of doctors here in Muskogee and Callie is a supervisor at The Regional Veterans Administration Office. in high school. Eli is 5 and a kindergarten student. All three are very special to us! We are also, raising my two step-nephews. Taylor is 13 and Austin is 11. We got these boys when they were 7 & 9. They have a special place in our hearts. Needless, to say I stay very busy.
Our family pet is a beautiful black cat with a little white around his paws. His name is Jefferson Binx. We call him Binx.
My family and I attend Boulevard Christian Church.
I am getting ready to start a genealogy trace on the paternal side of my biological family.
I enjoy my family immensely. Baseball, soccer, plays & quiet moments with Bob.
