Barbara's Story
Life
Right now, my husband and I live on a ten acre farm in Fla. We are currently raising two little girls whose mother died a yr. ago last April. Our three children are grown and we have four grandchildren. My husband is an author, and I am semi retired from the medical field. Before we moved to Fla., I taught pre-meds and post Docs at Case Western reserve and ran a pediatric critical care unit at RB&C Hospital. We also have four horses and I run a horse...Expand for more
rescue. We have several other animals including angora rabits which I raise for fur. (we don't have to kill them, just cut their fur) I also spin, weave, and make soap. Our two girls (7&10) keep us very busy, but we love farm life, even though it means getting up at 6 A.M. every day. Watching the sunrise more than makes up for it. I would love to get in touch with any old classmates who would like to write and I am looking forward to hearing from them.
