Barbara's Story
Life
I worked in the environmental industry for 13 years before becoming a stay-at-home with my 2 kids. I live in Brielle, NJ with my husband Don and my kids Katie & Kevin. My husband is an attorney and we own 2 restaurants called Mulligans in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
I still stay in touch with my good friends from OCHS and always look forward to my frequent trips to Ocean City!
College
I graduated from Rutgers University in 1989 with a B.S. in Environmental Science.
Workplace
I first worked for...Expand for more
an environmental company in Union, NJ before we were bought out and had to move the company into Manhattan. I worked in the city for a year before deciding the long days and commuting were not for me. Through a friend from college I got a job with another environmental company in Eatontown, NJ. I stayed with them until 2002 when my first child was born. I loved my job and I got to travel all over the country and see new places. I'm glad I did it then since I could never travel like that now having 2 kids!
