Barbara's Story
I loved language in high school, so majored in Spanish in college. I didn't want to teach, though, so for lack of another idea... I went to law school! Practiced law for 2 years in Buffalo, N.Y. (where I went to undergrad & law school), and then my daughter was born. I (happily) gave up legal practice.
Moved to NYC metro area in 1987 and soon wanted to r...Expand for more
eturn to the workplace. I 'discovered' librarianship, and after part-time library school and part-time library work, I am happily a divorced, full-time law librarian at a local law school. I also teach legal research in the law school and elsewhere.
I'd love to reconnect with friends from Bayside H.S., J.H.S. 67 in Little Neck, and P.S. 94 in Little Neck.
