Hi everyone,
I used to be called "Barbie Doll". I was very tiny and at times shy though I am sure not many remember me so. I moved to Rantoul at the age of ten having grown up in Europe. I was a bit wild and only attended Rantoul High School for less than a year due to a turbulent home life. I moved away several times and returned in 1974 to raise my daughter, Savana in Rantoul. At the time the schools were among the highest rated in the country. I have no idea what they are like now as the last time that I visited Rantoul it looked like a ghost town. ed to Memphis Tennessee in order for him to persue his career in music we divorced. Seven years after that I remarried. I am currently living in the country just outside of Memphis. My daughter who is now 31 years old lives in Memphis and is an artist and musician, having graduated from Memphis College of Art 9 years ago. My current husband is a psychiatrist and so we can afford for me to rescue animals. We live on 6 acres and have 3 goats, 10 dogs and three cats. My years in Rantoul were filled with both sorrow and happiness. It would have been a terribly boring place were it not for my friends. If any of you remember me it would be so nice to hear from you.
