Barbara Holland:  

After graduating from St. Pat's I attended Marquette University in Milwaukee and graduated from there in 1964 with a B.S in Business Administration. I married Jim Rozanski in 1964 and we had one son, Kenneth who was born in 1966. I was a stay-at-home mom and did volunteer work for a number of years. In 1980 Jim died of a heart attack. At the time I was working at the Prospect Heights Public Library District. I decided I needed to upgrade my education so I went back to school at Rosary College (now Dominican University) and received joint degrees of an M.B.A. and a M.A.L.S in 1983. I continued to work at the library while I was going to school. I graduated in 1983. Shortly after that I became the Director of the Prospect Heights Library.
