Barbara's Story

I was an identical twin. Tommie died in 1990. I've never married, have a Master's Degree in English, Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, and Ed.S. Degree in Education, and am a Reading Specialist. Because I was so bullied and teased at HHS for being "fat" when i weighed 100 pounds, I developed anorexia and now weigh 80 p...Expand for more
ounds. I champion the "underdog" children so that they will hopefully not go through what I did. I love my life and have friends who love me for who I am and who think I am very special. I had a few really wonderful friends at HHS. I still keep in touch. Both Tommie and I were very shy. I remember being too afraid to even speak.
