Barbara's Story
After graduation from Cass and then Wayne, I attended Carnegie-Mellon in Pittsburgh where I met my husband. We lived in Connecticut while he served on submarines during the Vietnam era. After the Navy we both attended graduate school at Northwestern in Evanston and have lived in the Chicago area ever since.

d episodic TV, notably Chicago PD and Chicago Med. I am actively engaged in writing screenplays and have had several screenplays win or place in national competitions with one short produced and screened at a film festival. For two years I pitched (story ideas) to the Star Trek franchise at Paramount Studios.
I have two daughters and two granddaughters. I love to travel, yoga, and write a column for Positively Naperville, a local newspaper.
