Life I've been working on a CD of some of my songs...a seven-plus year venture. I didn't know at the time that I was pregnant with baby number four, but during my first session, the nausea and fatigue washed over me, making it difficult to get through our scheduled recording time. From the get go, being a mom was fundamentally woven into the recording process...going several months, even as long as a year, without getting back to the studio! Raising four little ones (each about two years apart), becoming a homeschool family, being integrally involved in various ministry endeavors through our church, not to mention the ordinary stuff of life, prevented the CD project from ever becoming the center of our attention for very long....Expand for more
