Becky's Story
Well I live in the Northwest Ar which was the best place to move to allow my children a better life.
I worked for Wal-Mart for 20 years 1984-2004.
While there I worked in the stores until moving to the Home Office for WM. Believe it or not, I the shy girl who would rather take an F in English than to get up in front of the class and give a book report has spoken in front of 100's of WM Store Mgrs. I have been to La, Las Vegas, Indianapolis, Memphis, Charlotte and other places too numerous to name on the company jet, and been able to see a part of the country.
I now work for a WM supplier in my home, which I truly enjoy as a systems analyst.
We(Michael and I) now own a home 1/2 mile from the lake. We have 2 sons and a daughter. We also have 3 step-grandchildren(2 boys and 1 girl ages 8-19) they call...Expand for more
me MeMaw. I can't wait til my boys have me a grandbaby so that we can spoil it like grandparents are susposed to do. Maybe one of them will have me a another granddaughter.
My boys have also been able to travel with their jobs as well. The youngest son Tadd is a welder and works in the northeastern US about 9 months out of the year. He went to Tulsa Welding school and actually has friends that he met in Tulsa from Star City. What a small world!
My oldest son Brandon lives her in Rogers. He is a local truck driver. He loves to fish and hunt.
Michael and I have been married for over 26 years. We enjoy Nascar Racing.(Go Dale Jr #88). Michael likes Mark Martin. We have been to a couple of Nascar Races. We also enjoy riding our Honda PWC out on the lake and spending time BBQing on the deck with the family.
