Ben's Story
Life
Currently living in Tacoma, WA with my wife Michelle-definitely enjoying a change of scenery but still loyal to the Midwest. Taking more and more classes because I have a strange addiction to school--doing private practice family and marriage counseling, and working with a non-profit adolescent counseling agency part time as well. My wife is an interior designer and owns a home decor shop a few blocks from our little home. No kids yet-perhaps in the future. Playing drums here and there, not doing enough camping, trying not to develop seasonal affective disorder....Sad tha...Expand for more

After about 5 years in the Pacific Northwest, we made our way back to the Chicago area and are currently living in Wheaton, IL now with four boys (Elijah-age 6 1/2, Isaiah-age 5, John-age 2 1/2, Peter-9 months). Still doing family and marriage counseling, working on a Ph. D at Wheaton College Graduate School, pastoring at Wheaton Vietnamese CMA Church... Shelly is at home with the kids always hatching plans and keeping life interesting (neighborhood gardening, homeschooling, community gatherings, etc.)... life is good :)
