College
I went to school at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. I graduated in Dec .200 with a degree in Aeronautical science and minors in Aviation Business Administration and Air Traffic Control.
Workplace
After college I moved to New York to do an internship with Texaco in their corporate flight department in White Plain. I finished this in June 2001. I then decided to get my flight instructor certificate. I finished this in October 2001 and unfortunately it was hard to get a flight instructor job post 9/11. ng in Fitchburg, MA. In Feb. 2003 it really slowed down in Fitchburg, so I moved to Delaware to instruct. I stayed there until June 2003 when I got a job with Boston-Maine Airways in Portsmouth, NH as a dispatcher. I also instructed part time in Fitchburg on the weekends. In Sept. 2003, I got a call from the FAA and was offer a job at Miam Air Route Traffic Control Center as an Air Traffic Controller in Miami, FL. That's where I am now. If you fly out of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, or Fort Myers, It is a possibility that I might work your plane enroute.
