Benjamin's Story
I spent twenty years working for Lerner Shops which is now Lerner New York. This was done in New York and Pittsburgh, PA. Leaving that job I returned to Georgia and went to work for Coastal Georgia Community College, as Assistant Director of Admissions. I was promoted to Director of Financial Aid where I served until July 1992 when I became the Registrar of Atlanta Metropolitan College. I left Atlanta Me...Expand for more
tropolitan in March 1999 when I took the job as Registrar of Savannah State University. I retired from schoolhouse work in February 2004. I took a trip to Pretoria, South Africa and Zimbabwe in 2006 and my wife aand I took a trip to Cameroon Central Africa in 2008. I have now been contracted by Savannah State to be their Interim Registrar until December '09. Hopefully I can go home and play after that.
