Benjamin's Story
Life
After High School, Benjamin went to work at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. Which is where he met his soul mate Marcie. After dating a few months Benjamin decided to join the Army and got engaged to Marcie after Basic and AIT. They were married in December 1995 and moved to Ft. Riley, Kansas in June 1996. , came back to Ft. Leonard Wood, then was sent to Iraq as part of the 5th Engineer Battalion (4th ID) in March 2003. He was home for R&R in November just before Thanksgiving, then back to Iraq for his long awaited promotion to Sergeant. Sgt Biskie Sr was announced KIA of an IED near Samarra, Iraq December 24, 2003.
