Beronica's Story
Life
Throughout school, I never had the imagination to envision exactly where my road would lead. I had assumed that I would eventually get married (though at that time it seemed unlikely). I knew that I liked kids, but was unsure if and when I would want any. The fall after graduation, I met my now wonderful husband, Stephen. We were married five short years ago in early 2000. I am presently trying not to let time slip too quickly by as we raise our two children. Stephen is supporting our little family as a plumber while I am only now continuing my education and working a meager side job. I have completed my AS in Computer Technology and plan to forward on towards my BS in Web Development this coming fall. Also, I am in the market for a professional position. God, only knows where I'll end up in the next few years. Although, I am sure He will lead me to where I need to go...Expand for more

School
I often miss high school. Looking back, I think that I would've done things a little differently had I truly known how the 'real world' was. I see that short four years as a time of wonderful, irreplaceable experience. The friends were amazing, very amazing. Unfortuantely, people move on and get busy and some of those friendships are lost. Not all of them though, because I still keep in touch with old friends with whom I can now say I've practically known all of my life. I know school wasn't all fun and games. It took hard work and dedication, both of which I thought that I was too busy to put forth. The worst thing about school was that people were mean to me and I was just as mean to others. Unfortuantely that's school life combined with the mindset of a teenager. Almost like a food chain where we must prove who is the most dominate. Eh, it's all good.
