Life
For the last 6-7 years I was a professional bartender. Not too gratifying, but it did put my knowledge of fermented beverages to use. However, now I have gotten myself a "real job" as they say and am now a manager at a local restaurant and the head chef. Culinary school? Nope. Right place right time I guess. ed down to one person at the present time. Besides, only two years away from the big 3-0. But if 40 is the new 30 than 30 is the new 20! Still, lots of time to have some fun. After graduation from high school my mom left East Troy. Since then she has moved alot too, and 2 years ago headed off to Arizona. So now I have a great vacation spot. Well, as exciting as all that is time to go.
