Beth's Story

Life Well, this is a tough one. I could never fit it all in this little box on my computer. I will just hit the main points: I started out slowly but once I got going.......WOW!!! After high school I went to WV State for 6 years. When I graduated I got Married in 93 and divorced in 95........... Then moved to New Mexico for 2 years. Very pretty country out there I miss it often. Beautiful in a different sort of way. I had a very pretty little lady while I was out there and she is now 4 and a half years old. My husband is a RN name Scott from Mason County. He is a Veteran of the Gulf War and now works for the VA Hospital in Martinsburg, WV. We have three lovely children, his, Sarah Jean age 10, mine, Mary Elizabeth age 4 1/2, and ours William Eugene who is 2 1/2. All three are a blessing from God. They literately have grounded me. as a High School Physics/Science Teacher at Mussellman High School. It was a switch from the middle schools I usually teach so next year I will be switching back to middle school science. I hate that I am now so far from my wonderful parents who are the best grandparents in the world, amazing what a new baby will do to an old fart!! We live in a great two story house that is almost 3000 sq ft, with and acre lot. We have a big apple tree out back and wonderful neighbors. In addition we have a great cat who is an absolute nut!!!! I have been working towards a Masters degree and may get there someday. My husband is in a program to get his Nurse Practitioners license. Things are good, we are content, isn't that what life is all about??? I am still about as happy go lucky as I was in school even though life has definitely tossed me a few curve balls!!
