Beth's Story

Life Life is good in SW Florida. My favorite toy is my 30 ft traveltrailer which I keep in an RV park. I spend most of my free time there. It is like being on perpetual vacation. Others in the park are dedicated to enjoying life and helping their neighbors do the same so life is very pleasant. I have 2 goldfish pools with waterfalls and glorious palm trees in my little space. My 2 Blue and Gold Macaws and African Grey Parrots fit right in. It is sort of like living in a beautiful little tiki bar. It is the perfect invironment for Scooting around on a little electric scooter and I do. My daughter owns a Bead Store and Boutique in the main tourist trap. The shops are on a pier over the water and the view is breath taking. I love it when she goes away and lets me play in it for the day. My love for making beaded jewelry has never gone away. I am still a nurse but I am working on spending more hours as a piano instructor. I teach at the Cultural Center as well as giving private lessons. vities are a riot. I am building a website, ElegantFrivolity.com on which I will be selling my jewelry designs and other art work. My e-mail is Beth at the above. Both my Father and Husband dropped their bodies within 3 weeks of each other in June of 2007, neither one having had a sign of illness. I was in terrific need of new and delightfull sceanery. I highly recomend this area for those needing to start over. Time goes by and things change. I actualy realy like my pure white hair. It is still waist length. The best part of being an older woman for me is nolonger sweating the small stuff. Life is good. But... Life is short. The "One of these days I'll..." time is now. Hooking up with old friends and old interesting aquaintences has become very important. Life seems to get better and better and I have gotten better at enjoying it. The People in my life are what counts, what brings me the most joy. If you are reading this, You may be one of those long losts that I have been missing. I would love to hear from you. I am looking forward to it.
