Betty Jane's Story
I am currently working two jobs I work week-end nights as a nurse on a inpatient rehab unit for Salem Hospital, I work a day job Monday thru Friday doing home care for a nursing agency,I have been in nursing since 1971. From 1981 to 1995 I raised and showed Dairy Goats at the County and State Fairs. One Year Had the Best in show Doe at the Lincoln Co Fair. Was a lot of work but I liked the pubic part of it, to see the kids pet the goats waa kool.

friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right.
I have lived in Oregon all my life ,except for the three years the I lived in Utah. That was a fun time for me until I had to have my Appendectomy, in February of 1980. I moved back to Oregon in April 1981.
My first job was at McMinnville Hospital, where I got paid $1.76 hr to to make beds and enpty bedpans. What I remember most about it is I had moved to Portland and the only job I could get was in the town I had just moved from.
