Betty's Story
I was a total dud in school and it's very likely no one remembers me or even knew me to start with.
I hung around with Mary Ann Fenton, and had a crush on James Heitman.
After high school I attended School of the Ozarks for two years and then dropped out to marry Tony Pryor. We have a daughter, Melody, and two grandchildren, Henry (3) and Anna (1). And now there is another one on the way, due at the end of this year!
Tony and I moved to Kansas City soon after Melody was born and I lucked into a job as a medical transcriptionest. I loved the work (I was a good typist). I worked directly with the doctors and learned a lot, made a lot of friends, and made a good name for myself in KC. I eventually began my own business, Stewart Medical Transcription Services, with ni...Expand for more
ne employees and three years later sold the company for a nice chunk of change.
Tony and I are now divorced but we are great friends. I am now married to Robert Conley, a chiropractor, and we are both now retired.
Because Melody moved to Duluth, MN where her husband is from, Bob and I recently moved to be near them. We love it here! And Tony is in the process of trying to get moved up here too.
Bob and I had a 300-acre farm that we had rezoned, platted, and divided into lots. It is called the Rocking C Equestrian Estates, and yes, we had horses too. We bred, trained and showed them for a few years.
So that about wraps things up for my life. I am glad to be out of high school, and happy to be living in MN, and love my family so very much.
I have been blessed.
