Beverley's Story
Life
Ok, It's been 15 yrs since high school. I've done a lot in those years from moving to Toronto to having my son enter into my life.
After graduating from NSCC in '94, I moved up to TO for a couple of years working in a high-end hair salon in Yorkdale. Since the city was so expensive (or was it my partying?) I moved back to Halifax where I've been for the past decade (except for those 2 yrs I lived in Truro..ugh)
I worked in a variety of jobs before settling into the hotel business where I am currently the Sales mgr for one of the dwntwn hotels. I started in the summer of 2000 as a hskp and worked my way up.

my best friend, my joy, my life. He is the most special little boy in the world (as all mothers say about their children). In the spring of 2005, Mark was diagnosed as Autistic. It was a blow, but I dealt with it and still dealing with it. We moved back to Halifax, as there are no programs in place in Truro for autistic children. He is currently going to a developmental preschool where he is doing extremely well, but due to his autism, he won't be starting school this fall.
As I stated above, I moved to Truro in 2003 and lived there for 2 yrs. While there, I was involved in a nasty custody battle with the ex over Mark. We have since settled. Now I am back in Halifax working in the hotel business and being a single mom.
