Beverly's Story
Life
Married for nearly 40 years, have 3 beautiful grown children, 1 son-in-law, 1 dog, 3 granddogs, 13 nieces and nephews and more great friends than one should be allowed in a lifetime. I am retired, only do consulting work now. Husband will retire in two years, can't wait - looking forward to travel, travel, travel.
Update 11/2009
Husband retired in February. Children sent us to Hawaii as a gift. Loved IT!!! Drawing up houseplans to build retirement home in Kerrville. What a process.
Youngest son, Thomas is engaged, will be married next year. He and fiance (Kelly) just bought first home in Lake Dallas.
Daughter Liz and husband Rob still live in Florida. Great place to visit.

Update 9/21/2013
4 years into retirement, and we are still in Allen. My parents are in Assisted Living in Richardson, and we are helping them. We have both had health problems, but that is to be expected with age. Still planning on Kerrville, just not as quick as we would have liked. Children are all the same, except John now lives in Lewisville, works at new Gas Monkey restaurant in Dallas. No grandbabies, but now have 3 great-nephews, and 2 +1 on the way, great-nieces. Life is good. Thank you God!
UPDATE January 2015---Life is good. We are still in Allen. Decided to buy a motorhome (our second) and travel some, before settling into last home. See you all in July at our 50th(can you believe it) reunion.
