Well, let's see..............right after high school, I married, worked until I had my daughter. I was a stay-at-home mother for a while, had my son, then went back to school--college this time! (finally, after nearly 20 years!). I was a double major, education and psychology. Unfortunately, I didn't finish the education degree (only 2 courses needed) but did finish the psychology degree (bachelor's) which I enjoyed much more than the education stuff anyway. LOL (So much fun figuring out there are people out there even more dysfunctional than me!!) During my last year of college, I got a divorce after almost 23 years of marriage. I went to work full time at DFCS--didn't stay, worked with children with problems until it went bankrupt, finally landed in a counseling practice where we do court-mandated group therapy. I lead a group for female perpetrators of domestic violence, casemanage for the anger management groups, domestic violence groups and sex offender groups.
