Beverly's Story
Life
I left school to work for the Inspection Board of the United Kingdom and Canada as Secretary to the Inspector of Valentine Tanks in l941. I joined the Canadian Womens Army Corps and went overseas in l943 till the end of the war and stayed another year (1946). I came home to work for ICAO a part of the United Nations. dston ex airforce and now a textile chemist. We have four children and five grandchildren. We lived in Montreal and Beaconsfield until l991 and now live in Kingston, Ontario. I like painting for a pastime. I studied Library Science at Concordia after my children grew up and worked briefly at St. Georges School as an assistant to the librarian.
