Bill's Story
Had my 1st child in '91. Moved to Michigan with my son in '93. Met who is now my wife in '96. Married in '99. Had 2nd child in '02. Still living in Michigan now ('05) with wife, 2 sons, cat, & 4 soon to be 6 horses (2 on the way).
College
I went to ECC for a short time as well as NIU. However both were while I was going to high school. I was trying to get a head start on college. Unfortunately I never did make it back after high school. I started a family and started full time work instead. I can't complain though, I feel that I've turned out pretty good.
Workplace
While in high school I worked several jobs: Construction doing job site clean up, various duties at a roller rink & indoor pool in Glenview, & as a utility clerk for a store in Elgin.

nion concrete & underground utility construction company based out of West Chicago.
From there I moved to Michigan and started working for an underground utility supplier starting as a general laborer. I moved up to skilled laborer, over head crane operator, equipment operator, then quality control manager.
Eventually I got my fill of getting dirty and decided to go back to school and learn ACAD, after which I became a drafter for a pre-cast company. I moved up to be the head draftsman before moving over to the sales department to become the chief estimator.
Currently ('07) I am at the logistics end of a construction supply company heading up the shipping department. I dispatch up to 45 semi loads a day out of Michigan to as far North as Canada, South as Florida, East as Maine, & West as Illinois.
