Intelligence/Reconnaissance; AKA The Red Patches - Clark AFB, Philippines - an all volunteer unit - worked with the Office of Special Investigations in covert ops, Presidential Security (Nixon/Marcos) and monitored the armed communist New People's Army. 8/68 thru 1/70 - Interesting, challenging, exhausting duty with lots of espirit de corps. Plan to write fiction novel based on these true events. In June '04 had our first reunion in Myrtle Beach, SC. It was great to see everybody after 34 years. In June '06 met in Vegas. In June '08 planning Branson, MO.
Missile Security Supervisor - Grand Forks AFB, ND - supervised 3 personnel in the security of 10 ICBM Minuteman missiles.
