Bill's Story
After high school, I had planned to join the US army.
But was not able to because i had a problem with my
kidneys. In hind sight i really wished i would have
applied myself a lot more in school. So i got a job at
a restaurant and worked there 9 years. Then i worked
at a bakerey for 3 years, before being hired at my
present job. I work for Auto-Chlor system. We lease
commercial dishwashing machines to restaurants. I'm
an installer. i have been working here for over 18
years now, and really enjoy...Expand for more
what i do. every day is
different. I am the most senior guy in the state.
As for my personal life. I was married in 1990, and
divorced by 1992. I'm still hoping that God has a plan
for me that doesn't have me being single the rest of
my life.
I see that SLHS has a waiting list of students who
want to get in. I think thats great. I sometimes
wonder if I had tried to enroll today, would they
have even taken me.
I hope anyone who reas this, will write back to me.
