Bill's Story
Moved to Vail CO summer of 1963 with stepfather, mother & siblings. High school in Steamboat Springs then Denver, Regis College in Denver. Went back to Kazoo to visit my father who always lived there. Married in 1972 to a gal from Grand Rapids, three kids, married 10 yrs living in Kazoo, divorced in 1982. Lived in Denver and Vail since 1982 except Montana for a year in 1996. Vail again since 2000. Visited my dad in Kazoo 2-3 times a year in his last years till he died in 2012.
Met 2nd wife in Vail December 1982. Great marriage, no kids. She got cancer in 1996, died in 1999. Rough deal as it is for anyone but you are taught a ton you wouldn't learn another way. Single since. All is fine.

Ran small 48-state trucking company in Denver, grew to 50+ trucks till late 1993. Next career in Vail is real estate related; title insurance rep, since 2001 an originator in 40-branch Community Bank system doing residential mortgages. Lots of high end 2nd homeowners from around the US I seldom get to actually meet. Excellent company - by far the best company & people I have worked for and with. I've always loved work.
Three kids 38, 31, 35 are favorite people of mine. Their spouses are just as wonderful & fun. Lots of laughs, nobody gets away with much for more than 10 seconds.
I left University High summer 1963 after freshman year when we moved to Colorado. I knew some of you and some I don't. I hope you are well. Cheers to all, Bill Walsh
