Billy's Story
Life
My life right now is pretty uneventful. I'm single with no kids and not really looking. I have a small apartment in Clarksville, TN and a car I spend way too much money on. I pretty much just go from home to work and back again. I don't call the family or old friends nearly as often as I should, but my guilt doesn't provide sufficient motivation to change anything.
School
I went to Westside(?) Elementary for 2nd and 3rd grade and was at the high school from '86 to '90. I think I could count the number of people I connected to on one hand. I do talk to a couple of people from time to t...Expand for more
ime. If I could do it again, I think I would attempt to be at least a little more outgoing.
Military
I joined the Army right out of high school. I guess I felt that it was my best option for advancing myself and seeing something of the world. I stayed active duty for 4 years and joined the Reserve when I came back home. For the next 8 years, I traveled some more at government expense, going places I never would have otherwise. In 2002, I re-enlisted for active duty. Since then I have been to Georgia, Germany, Iraq, Fort Bliss, Texas, and am currently stationed at Fort Campbell, KY.
