I got into the restaurant business in high school at Mcdonalds in Brunswick and got hooked. I continued to operate and own restaurants until 1993. While in the restaurant business, I went to Law School and graduated in 1980, however I stayed in the restaurant business. tates of Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi with a promise of 40 hour week and all week-ends and holidays off. After 3 years of 60-80 hour weeks, I realized that the only way to cut back was to go out on my own. This works to some extent, but I still have to work long hours during busy periods. However, I can turn business down!! Some times less money for quality life is a good trade. I am happy doing what I do and can not see doing anything else.
