Birgit's Story
Hello everyone!
I love being back in Southern CA. Its home. I lived in OR for 18 years, then this great opportunity came up for work in San Diego County. I had to take it!
I am a real estate agent and my main focus in this moment is selling REO properties or better known as foreclosures. I sold them in OR from 1999 until they went away for the most part in 2004. I was asked if I was interested in Southern or Northern CA since I had experience. I have wanted to come home since the day I left. I couldn't see how it could happen. It is a dream comes true. The ocean still takes my breath away.
I have two great kids. Kasie my daughter 27 lives in North Carolina and my son Blake 23 lives in Oregon. I talk to them almost every day, and wish I could see them more often. Hopeful...Expand for more

I live alone with my cat Elliot. He is almost 14 and pretty much dictates what I do when I am home. Ha ha. Mostly holding him. He rarely leaves my side! It's fine by me. We live in a condo which overlooks a golf course. It's very peaceful and serene.
I spend many of my free moments, which are not many right now, at the beach. Sometimes just for an hour in the middle of the day to relax and take a time out. I volunteer two nights a week to spend with teens in need. It is amazing and rewarding. I do other service work as well, which is rewarding and keeps me in the mode of gratitude for my life.
