Linda's Story
Life
I am at that interesting point in my life, Bob & I have been blessed with 2 beautiful grandchildren (Amber-8 & Boyd-5 ). They are the "new" sunshines in our lives! The whole world looks better when we view it through these young eyes. I still have plenty time for myself but it is fun being "Grandma Linda". I still am exercising, weight lifting, & bike riding with my husband Bob, the later not as much as we would like to be doing. I don't intend to slow down. I feel so very good. We will be married 42 ys. in "2009". We enjoy traveling whenever possible, especially where there are beaches & hot sun. Our entire family attended our first Scottish Games in Loginer, PA this last summer. We are all hooked & have decided that a trip to find our "past" in Scotland would be a neat family vacation. e think it won't be long until he follows, at least we hope so as we all adore her. Our family is very important to me, especially my best friend (hubby ) Bob. We make a great team. Life is good & I intend to enjoy it to the fullest. Can't wait to see what lies ahead. Best wishes to all!!!
Workplace
A new opportunity has entered my life in November. Our daughter Lisa left the insurance business after 16 yrs. to become a small business owner of a floral/card/gift shop. I am learning about floral design and having a wonderful time. With Valentine's Day, Easter, & proms to follow, I'm sure we will be busy. Being at home & working for Ambolina's, I have the best of both worlds. Work when I want & get to play as well. I would have done it sooner if I would have known what fun it was! I manage to get to a Florida Beach at least once a year with my sister Judy. Poor Bob stays at home to work but we are counting the days until he retires. He is the best thing that ever happened to me.
