Bob's Story
Bob is from La Puente, California, Eureka, California and Gold Bar, Washington. He graduated in 1964 from La Puente High School. He then attended Whittier College '64-'67 and graduated from Humboldt State University '71-'75 (Economics, Political Science). While at Whittier he played on the frosh basketball team and then lettered on the varsity basketball team as a sophomore. He was a member of the Orthogonian Society. He served in the US Army from ''68-'70 as a Public Information Specialist. California in 1986. He worked at Century 21 Consolidated Real Estate, Eureka, CA, from '86-'2001 before moving to the Seattle area and working for John L Scott Real Estate in North Bend, Washington from '02-'08. Bob is now Retired.
Bob's interests include Fly Fishing, Hiking, HSU Basketball, San Francisco Giants. Music his likes includes Cat Stevens, Neil Young, Otis Redding, James Taylor, the Stones, The Beatles. Books he likes include In The Land of The Grasshopper Song, The Plague by Camus, anything by Steinbeck or Hemingway. TV shows he likes include KING 5 TV, The Rachel Maddow Show, Frontline and the Smithsonian & Nat Geo channels, and The Daily Show.
