Bob's Story
Life
went to LSU for 2 years and flunked out. to pass you gotta go to class. Came back to Monroe for a couple of years then moved to Baton Rouge in 1976. Went to work for Placid Refining Co. in Port Allen. Quit in 1985 after my father died. Worked for Amoco Oil Refinery in Texas City, Tx.for a year or so then worked for Rhone-Poulenc Chemical plant in Baton Rouge for 6 years. Drug up and moved to Shreveport and went to work for Pennzoil at their refinery there. Helped startup new Resid Cat Cracker and Alkylation...Expand for more
unit. Left in 2000 to take supervisor job with ExxonMobil at their Chalmette Refinery running the FCC unit. I am in the process of moving to Slidell at the present.
Never got married, but did think about it a couple of times though. My friends tell me I'm real smart. I'm not so sure. If I can arrange it so that I don't have to work, I plan on going to our 30th year reunion this September. By the way, I ain't skinny anymore but I'm still real good looking. Anybody want to buy some beachfront property in Nevada?
