Bobby's Story
I graduated from East in 1974 and immediately joined the Military from June 74 to Dec 1980. Wow! I had no idea what I was in for. It was the first time as a young man that another man would get up in my grill and told me what I was going to do and all I could say was "Yes' Drill Sergeant." I accepted the discipline and began to move forward and accumulate rank as a sergeant before being honorably discharged. The Military was the institution that instilled in me the leadership qualities to return to school for another 8 years and receive my Master's Degree in Supervision/Administration. nistrator, as a matter of fact,I couldn't stand school when I was in junior high because so many bad things happen to me in school, but GOD had other plans. I became born again in may of 1977. Jesus placed his hands on my shoulders and encouraged my soul. I am married since 27 Nov. 1977 and have 3 children. all grownup and out of the house. My sister 's name is Betty Little. We both went to the same High school and graduated the same year. I really haven't seen anyone since I left Winston-Salem. I come home often and visit mine and my wife's parents.My mom passed in 2003 Oct. I am a Christian now and fellowship at our local church. Note: I did not say I was religious, but saved and going to heaven. COME AND GO WITH ME!
