Bonnie's Story

Life Hello out there! It was great to log on to this site and see so many old friends' names. Hope all is well with all of you. We've come a long way (hopefully)! I've lived in Santa Cruz since the early 80's (yes, I was here for the last "big one" in '89). I'm just about to celebrate my 16th wedding anniversary in June, 2008. I waited on the marriage thing til it felt right, for all of you out there doing the math! My husband and I own our own heating business locally. I found the only person I like to work for is myself (LOL). Tourist season is coming up here in SCruz so come visit and join the rest of the mob. Our favorite bumper sticker around here is "If it's tourist season, why can't you hunt 'em?". Just remember, Santa Cruz is a Hate Free, Nuclear Free zone so leave that stuff at home! I've got four great kids. My oldest, Robin, made me a grandma a couple of years ago. Grandm...Expand for more
ahood rocks! Second oldest, Charlie Jr, got engaged a bit ago to a wondergul girl named Amy. Third oldest, Ted, goes to Cabrillo & plays football. That boy is light on his feet, I tell ya. The youngest, Jim, is a Sophomore in high school. Time flies! Getting older can suck, ya know? In the last couple of years I lost both my parents & most recently, my brother Bobby. One good thing came of Bobby's early demise though. I got to reconnect with his son Robbie & some of Bobby's good old friends...Rick O'dell, Charlene, Dave Goray, etc. I thank them all for their support as well as my loving cousins Roger, Dionne & Mark Hellenbart. Still got brother Patrick around. Altough not that close. All the way in AZ. I've been estranged from the "other one" for years. Anyhow, thanks for checking this out.
