Bonnie's Story
Life
Married 25 years, 1 daughter. I am a 2004 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Baker College, Flint, MI. (Bachelors of Business Administration) I am also a 1982 graduate of UPT (Associate of Arts dual major Accounting/Data Processing). I have a very diverse business background. I have been working four and a half years as the Controller for Anderson Physical Therapy in Franklin, PA.
I am pursuing my Master's degree in Christian Counseling.and also pursuing a ministry degree.
I am now an Air Force mom as our daughter Katie enlisted in August of 2005.
I enjoy Socializing, History, Science, Adventure, and Travel. I Prefer warmer climates and summer activities. I would like to relocate to possibly the Carolina's - or Florida at some point down the road, anywhere warmer than PA!
I always wanted to be a vet when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right but I went in a different direction..
Unfortunately, when I feel the need to blow off steam, I get in the car and drive exceedingly fast. The other alternative is go for a very long walk.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my kitchen and add on a home office. My dream...Expand for more
home would be a cottage at the beach.
If I won $100 million, I'd give 10% of it to my church and charity, then spend the rest on my bills, my family and my friends.
To be truly happy I would be at the beach, working for some non profit agency doing some social service with a companion for life.
My best friend would tell you I'm outgoing and a little on the wild side, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as marion the librarian.
If I had one do over, I would marry later, have more children, travel more, get more education, get more involved in social issues.
In 10 years, I hope to be retired. I'm going to get there by praying, playing the lottery, and until those kick in working my buttocks off..
I can't believe that in school I could never gain a pound and now here I am in mid life and can not lose a pound. Yes, I've packed on a few which I blame on my sedentary job and long hours. I'm more active in the spring and summer so I hope to kick it into gear and drop a few before the next reunion.
I hope old friends look more at inner beauty and remember my smile, optimistic outlook, kindness, generous heart and not look at the outward physical.
