Brad Root:  

The picture is from the White Mountains , NH in 2008. Life I graduated Northeastern University College of Business in 1981. I am 53 married but seperated as of May 6, 2009 with two children, daughter 14, son 12 and our dog Wilkins a Wheaton Terrier. We live in a quiet neighborhood near our elementary school. I founded and ran a successful telecommunications company for 12 years and now spend my time in a quieter lifestyle. Life throws things at you and you never know. The day the World Trade Center was hit I was not there. My office was across the street and I was running late. As usual. That was a blessing in disguise. My wife Rhonda works in Advertising and is brilliant at what she does. I accomplished things that I had wanted to do. One thing I did was trained very hard and achieved third degree black belt, Sandan in Goju karate. It was always a childhood fantasy and it became my passion. For many years I volunteered as a referee at NYC area Karate tournaments. I like to ski, snowmobile and drive. Now my skiing has changed. I have begun the next chapter...Expand for more
