Bradley's Story

Life The highlights are as follows: 1. Attended BYU following high school graduation. 2. Served LDS mission in Zurich Switzerland from 1987 to 1989. 3. Married Koleen Jackson in 1991. 4. Graduated from BYU in 1993. 5. Attended law school at the University of Notre Dame from 1993-1996. 6. Participated in the Notre Dame Concannon legal studies program in London, England in 1994. 7. Joined the largest law firm in the Rocky Mountain Region, Holland & Hart, immediately after law school--in the firm's Boise, Idaho office. College After my second year of studies at Brigham Young University, I served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Zurich, Switzerland. In Switzerland, I became fluent in German. After my mission, I returned to BYU, married Koleen J. Wiskirchen in 1991, and graduated with a degree in Political Science in 1993. Following graduation from BYU, I studied law at the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame I served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Legislation. I graduated from Notre Dame in 1996. Immediately following graduation I joined the Denver-based law firm, Holland & Hart, as an associate in the Boise, Idaho office. I am still with the firm in the Business Transactions Practice Group. Workplace I am currently the CEO of Keynetics Inc. and its subsidiaries, Click Sales Inc (dba ClickBank), PayTrack Inc., and Coloc8 Inc. I have served in this capacity since February 1, 2005. Prior to that date I was a partner with the largest law firm in the Rocky Mountain Region, Holland & Hart LLP. At Holland & Hart I regularly advised clients on a variety of business matters, including business entity selection, capital acquisition, and innovation protection. I had extensive experience with the formation and development of all forms of start-up and emerging growth companies. I represented some of Idaho’s largest publicly- and privately-held technology companies. I am actively involved with Kickstand, Boise’s technology networking association, and am one of the individuals responsible for the expansion of Technology to Market (T2M) into Idaho. M is also an alliance of leading public and private organizations, including universities, financial institutions, and professional service providers which contributes to the expansion of the technology community in the Rocky Mountain region. I have also worked extensively with the Wayne Brown Institute, and have served on the planning committees of the Intermountain Venture Forum and the Northwest Venture Championship. I am currently the Chair of the BMEDC Venture Capital Committee, and I have been the Chair of the Intermountain Venture Forum.
