Brana's Story
Life
I graduated from South Terrebonne High School in Bourg, La. in 1968. Married Randall Porche in 1970. After many, many, many moves, (23 to be exact) (thanks to the oil industry) we now live in MidlothianTX, which is south of Dallas and Ft Worth. Randall works for Halliburton, but looking forward to retirement (2017).
We have two daughters, Jill, 41, who is married to Randy. After a few years as the controller for a downtown Houston law firm, she has decided to be a stay at home mom. d ShearFix and they supply many of the Texas High Schools with cosmetology supplies. Jami, our daughter number two, is married to Mark and is a Registered Nurse. She and Mark are the parents of Lily Grace, our granddaughter # 3. She is 5. All of our kids live in Midlothian, which makes it great as far as seeing each other often.
I am caregiver to my mom (86) and my mentally challenged sister (64) who live in an addition to our house. It gets rough sometime, but overall things are working out the way they should.
