emory lane.. I don't remember a whole lot, but what I do remember, it's laughable. Hey, remember when I use to give out Jolly Ranchers in 8th grade? yeah, and then they sent me to the principal or someone and whomever it was told me never to bring candy again- did I listen? Ha! Nope! And the one quote thingy that stuck out(8th) was Nick(Duckhead), I think? said, "Never ask what hot dogs are made of." good stuff , and I hate hot dogs! Not because of the quote either, just never have liked 'em. Oh yeah, and I kinda remember Coach Culver? Being friends w/ the group Alabama.. yeah, too bad he never got them to come play at Abney! That would've been cool.. I think my fav teacher of all had to be - Mrs. Earwood. Good grief, ok so I took on French -Ooh LALA- I can't make a sentence to save my life. I thought it would be cool to learn it, it was, but I didn't really get it. I can say a word here and there, but that's about it. Maybe it would've been better for me to try Spanish... I actually liked going to Pep Rallies... My best memory was being on Raiderettes in 10th grade. And then Mrs. Hudson cancelled it bcz she wanted kids or something.. that sucked, something i actually enjoyed - gone - kaput.. I should've taken Art -more seriously- probably would've been good at it. my grandfather, Gus, was a brillant painter. His work looks like it should be in a museum. And I'm proud of myself for trying out for cheerleading-hey, at least I tried. I was scared to, but I went for it. Yeah Gooo mighty raiders! go go - go go! How lame of me.. I never liked Mrs. Kitchens-1st-, she was mean, hitting w/ that paddle.. can't remember what the heck I did wrong.. 4th was an ok year, Mrs. Steele was a fav of mine. And Andrew was there, :) I'm such an idiot..wonder what he looks like now.. ;)~ Wanna hear something stupid? ok, Jason smith and I both danced to Electric Youth... was it 5th grade? maybe.. cause we had to pick a talent and do that. Anyone remember that? All I remember is music and me spinning around like a goober head. And when we had bad weather, I think it also was in 5th, a twister was a comin' and we ran from a trailer, I know it's silly, but I actually thought i walked on air, cause it was blowing so hard.. hehe! my fav subjects were English and Chorus. Hey,I don't totally suck at singing! Which i'm thankful for, because it's a release for me. I never went to prom and i don't regret that either. I never really fit in anywhere so. .I usually sat alone, yep writing or reading And yeah, my head is usually stuck in a Book! Any way, most of the time I felt invisible. and i would never do high school again. It sucked for the most part. I HATED math. worst, worst subject for me, always will be. - Bree- Workplace sub for the school lunch system
