Brenda's Story

Life Wow! Can't believe I graduated 42 years ago! I graduated from MSU in 1969 and taught in Seattle for a year. I then went to Fairbanks, Ak. to teach first grade at Eielson AFB. Met my husband who was teaching PE and coaching basketball. He was from Missoula and graduated from Northern! Small world! We went to Adak Island out in the Aleutians to teach for 7 years. Our son, Rip, was born there. We had bought a house on Flathead so we went home to Mt. and Ron started Yary sports photograp...Expand for more
hy business. Our daughter, Tangeray, was born in Kalispell. We only stayed a year and a half before returning to Fairbanks. We retired in 1997 and bought a RV. We've been heading south every winter to Florida or Arizona and go to Flathead every summer except this summer. We're in Bend, Or. helping our son who is starting a construction business. Our daughter is married and lives in Missoula where she is a dental hygienist and her husband is a nurse. Life has been good. I love the traveling!
