Brenda's Story
Life
Believe it or not it has been like 28 years since Graduation. I have a son Graduating this year. My daughter Graduate in 2003. Now since I graduated lots has happen. I lived in Victoria for a while and worked at a place called Cresent Electronics downtown. Got married in 1982 to Allan Carter (my high school sweetheart). Then the same year we decided to move up to a little place called Qualicum Beach, B.C. on Vancouver Island. I worked many different places one place I thought I would never work was in a cafe as a waitress. My friends from school would understand this. I was very shy so this would be the last job I thought I would have. But it was the best job I ever had it helped me get out ...Expand for more
of that shyness and meet a lot of new people. So I lived in Qualicum from 1982 to 2003. Had two children raised them there. Girl and a boy. I was married up until 1995 which at that time Allan died suddenly. I then raised the childern by myself. I am now living in Alberta with a new man in my life my daughter got married last year. My son Graduated this year. And I have a full time job I am loving. I love to travel. Me and the guy take just about every weekend in the summer and explore different places in alberta. (wide open space ya know) We do all our vacationing in the winter (who wants to be here in alberta in the winter?) Been to the Carribbeans, Vegas, Arizona, Hawaii, and across canada.
