Brett's Story
Life
So much to say and so little time to say it.
After graduating college I spent a lot of time being a roustabout. Having a lot of fun, playing, then coaching college baseball, doing lots of odd jobs, becoming a pretty good cook (or so my wife tells me) and helping my dad get that old red gull-wing Corvette out of the garage and running again. Mom passed from emphysema in March of 2005. It was a rough thing watching her decline and have to learn to sit still. Unfortunately, I think I have inherited the inability to sit still . . . oh well.
I also had to sell the old Trans Am. She was just too expensive for me to put back to what she needed to be, and...Expand for more
IÂve got bigger responsibilities headed my way now.
IÂve been married for a little over 2 years now to a Nebraska girl named Beth and we are expecting our first child (Boy) August 28, 07. We are also moving to NY in a matter of days so I can finish my graduate degree in Russian Theology and history. If all goes as planned, I will come home to Denver. It is New York though, and who knows where IÂll be from here.
I am also very active in my church and sing and set music for the choir. Ironic how the music classes I thought IÂd never need again after High school is one of the things I use the most. Perchance I should have paid more attention . . .
