Life My life has mostly been about work. But I have done some traveling though. For Spring Break one year Matt Norcross and one of his friends, Sean Hamann and my self went to Daytona Beach Florida for a week. We stayed at a hotel on the beach and had a great time. Have been to Salt Lake City for a family reunion. Drove out and spent a week and stayed at a relatives house. You can see mountains all around her house from her front and back porch. A bunch of us took a tram ride to the top of one mountain and walked down which was a blast. Chicago was my next trip to see a friend. Did not do much except go up to the top of the Sears Tower. It is a spectacular site from up there. On a clear day you can see 3-4 different states. They say on really windy days the top of the tower moves as much at 10 feet. The most important trips I have taken have been to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2000 and 2001. I have ran 2 marathons on the Big Island for The American Diabetes Association. The course we run is the same one that is used in the Ironman competition. All the money we have to raise goes toward finding a cure for diabetes. The first year we raised around $2.5 million and the second year we raised about $4.5-5 million. There were around 1500 runners/walkers total th...Expand for more
