Life
Well. I was born in Kentucky. I outgrew it and moved to Virginia at age 1. I learned to ride a bike and moved to Kansas. I asked a girl out in 5th grade. She told me she needed to think about it. I moved to Germany and learned to ski. I went through an awkward phase where I wore a lot of outrageous colors and parachute pants. Moved back to Virginia because my pants were no longer welcome in Germany. Went to High School in Springfield, VA while I continued to wait for an answer from Kansas girl, but remained optimistic. I played baseball and did all sorts of extracurricular activities. Sometimes I went to class. Virginia Tech. I decided it would be better if someone else told me what to wear and joined the Corps of Cadets. I was a cadet for almost a full year before I realized the wool pants were worse than velcro and vinyl, and said that I would never join the military. I completed college with a hangover, and decided to join the military. I got my Captain's license and went to Coast Guard OCS. I spent my first tour aboard a ship in Virginia Beach where I quickly learned what a Redneck really was. I recently moved to Coconut Grove in South Miami, FL and am the Executive Officer of the Cutter CHANDELEUR. Here, I quickly discovered how great it is to be able to walk to CocoWalk and what it feels like to live on the sun.
