Brian's Story
Life
After PCHS, I was at Joliet Junior College for a couple of years, which didn't work. During this time I began working grounds crew at Woodruff Golf Course and have done so every summer, and became involved in civil war reenacting. At the beginning of 2002 I began attending South Florida CC in Avon Park, FL, and after there I transferred to the University of South Florida, where I presently am located and will graduate with a B.A. in History in December 2007. y in the kitchen sink is my nephew, Will, and he will have a new brother or sister in 2007.
School
I remember the horrible smell in the hallways at Christmas time near the Chemistry labs; trying to press through the throngs to get to class; Kairos and how much it meant; and the wonderful friends I made.
One of the regrets I wish I could redo was that in Junior year, Señor told me that some faculty said I would have been a great Kairos leader. I regret not taking that opportunity and wish I could have done it, since it was such a powerful experience.
