Brian's Story
Life
Living in Mt. Prospect. Work at an organization called Gift of Hope which is involved in the coordination of human organ donation to people in the need of organ transplants. Have been married for 19 yrs. and have two children David 14 and Michelle 12. Recently built lake house in Michigan but daughter plays travel softball and plays about 80 games a summer. Not many weekends spent up there.
School
The night before Senior ditch day when the group went to Pub N Grub(which now is a pancake house) and ended up at Callards house.

I work at an organization call Gift of Hope. We coordinate the facilitation of human organ donation. My job involves talking to families about donation, medical management of the donor and assisting the surgeon in the procurement of the organs in the operating room. The downside of working my job is that everyday I start work I'm talking to a family that has just lost a loved one (especially hard when dealing with children) but when I finish I know that within hours there is anywhere from one to eight people getting a second chance at life.
