Life
Master Sgt. Brian Orban is the superintendent of the 366th Fighter Wing public affairs office at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. In this role, Sergeant Orban is responsible for the management of the base's enlisted public affairs staff and serves as a member of the base's disaster response force. recognized the sergeant as one of the service's top military photojournalists and newspaper editors. In 2000, the Department of Defense named him the winner of the Thomas Jefferson award as the top newspaper editor of all U.S. military publications around the world. In 2003, he deployed to the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Sergeant Orban is married to the former Brenda S. Tallman of Great Falls, Mont. They have three daughters, Nichole, Elizabeth and Kristen.
