Brian's Story
Life
After college and getting married (34 years now) I worked in churches in the Midwest leading youth groups and choirs.
After that I worked in financial services sales for a while and my wife returned to college to get a BS in nursing. She joined the Air Force at 40 years old and we were transferred to Arizona.
I started out with a couple of sales jobs, worked in a church again and then went into high school teaching.
Ten years later, I am the director of a charter high school for 'at-risk' students, those with legal, truancy or behavioral problems. I love it!

I was given the responsibility of training all new teachers in our Arizona charter system. This summer I will finish my certification in Choice Theory/ Reality Therapy with the William Glasser Institute.
We have one son (29) and a daughter (27 and married). He is an artist and works at an avant-garde coffee house in downtown Phoenix. She is a commercial underwriter at a major insurance firm.
We have a Labrador Retriever. He's 2 years old and 105 pounds! We love to walk with Micah and he is a real gentleman! The two cats who were here before he arrived aren't that fond of him.
